LatestDashboardExtension v26.8.26
- •New (Dashboard): You can now have the bot stop replying to a conversation the moment it becomes a lead, so the thread is yours from that point on. Switch it on in Settings → Leads, under 'Stop the bot on a conversation once it becomes a lead'. Until now the bot carried on answering until you found the conversation and marked it 'Handle manually' yourself, and the bot is fast, so it usually got a reply in before you arrived. That reply is the problem. By the time a buyer says they are ready to buy, what they need next is a price, a payment link or a delivery date, and those are things only you can give them. The bot answering first does not move it forward, and it can cut straight across what you were about to say.
- •New (Dashboard): Two new filters in your inbox, alongside Leads. 'Handled by you' lists every conversation the bot is staying out of, whether you muted it yourself or the new setting did. 'Past reply limit' lists the conversations that ran past the reply limit you set, where the bot stopped on purpose and nobody has picked them up since. Both are conversations sitting and waiting on a person, and until now there was no way to see them as a list.
- •Note on it being off by default: this suits you if a lead is the point where a human takes over. It does not suit everyone. Plenty of sellers want the bot to keep answering questions after a buyer leaves a phone number, and for them nothing changes unless they switch it on.
- •Note on the filters: each one only appears when you actually have conversations it would show, so your inbox is not lined with filters that find nothing.
- •Note on older conversations: 'Past reply limit' only counts conversations that reach the limit from now on. Ones that hit it before today are not listed, because we were not recording the reason at the time.
- •Note on turning the bot back on: this is the same mute as the 'Handle manually' switch you already have, both in the dashboard and in the extension. Unmute a conversation the way you always have and the bot picks it up again.
