I was running GetReplyNow for general Facebook Marketplace sellers when a car dealer started using it. Within two weeks I realized dealers have a completely different problem.

Do I have to keep a tab open all the time?
The agent runs through a Chrome extension on your computer, so the machine stays on and signed in to Facebook — but you can minimize the window and keep working. When a buyer messages, it handles the reply in the background. If you want it running fully hands-off on a server instead of your own machine, ask us about the hosted option.
Can I run it on a second screen while I work?
Yes. Plenty of dealers leave it working on a second monitor or a spare laptop while their main machine is used for everything else. It just needs to stay signed in to your Facebook account.
What happens if the agent says something wrong?
You control its tone, its rules, and what it's allowed to say. It only references your actual inventory — it won't invent features or promise prices you didn't set, and it won't claim a test drive is booked unless it really is. You can review every conversation from your dashboard and adjust anytime.
What counts as a "hot lead"?
A hot lead is a buyer who shares their phone number in the conversation, or commits to a test drive. When that happens the agent flags the lead, alerts you, and pushes it into your CRM via ADF/XML email. There is no per-lead charge — hot leads are included, however many there are.
Can it handle my full inventory — 100+ vehicles?
Yes. Pricing is sized by how many vehicles you keep listed, and replies are never metered by conversation. If you run a large lot, talk to us and we'll price it — hot leads stay included either way.

We push leads via ADF/XML email, the standard format supported by virtually every automotive CRM — VinSolutions, DealerSocket, ELEAD, AutoRaptor, ProMax and others. If your CRM can receive ADF emails, we can deliver to it.
