Then you pay $99 — just the platform fee. You're never charged for leads we didn't deliver. That's the whole point of charging per lead: we only get paid extra when you get something real.

How do I get billed for hot leads?+

Hot leads are tallied in your dashboard in real time. At the end of each billing cycle, the total ($20 × number of hot leads) is charged to the card on file alongside the $99 platform fee. You see every lead before you pay for it.

Can I dispute a lead I don't think was "hot"?+

Yes. Every flagged lead shows the exact conversation and trigger (phone number shared or test drive booked). If you think one was mislabeled, flag it in the dashboard and we'll review — no hassle.

Do you offer refunds?+

We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee on your first paid charge. If you decide we're not the right fit within 3 days, email us and we'll refund in full — no questions asked. The reason the window is short: you can try the full product on our Free plan before you ever pay a cent, so the guarantee is really just a safety net for your first billing cycle.

What happens if I pause listings or go on vacation?+

You can pause auto-reply and listing activity anytime. The $99 platform fee still runs while the account is active, but you won't get charged for leads during a pause. Or just cancel and restart later — your inventory data stays saved.

Is there a volume discount for larger dealers?+
