Does it really book into ShowMojo or AppFolio?
Yes. The agent reads your open showing times from ShowMojo or AppFolio when a renter asks, and books the time the renter picks through the same booking form your website uses. The showing appears on your calendar like any other booking, and the renter gets the exact time confirmed back in the chat.
How do my units get in?
Connect your ShowMojo account, or paste the link to your AppFolio listings page (yourcompany.appfolio.com/listings). We bring in every available unit and check again every day at a time you choose: new units are added, rented ones come off. You can also add a single listing by pasting its link.
Does it post my rentals to Facebook Marketplace too?
Yes. Units from ShowMojo or AppFolio can be posted to Marketplace on a schedule you set, and when a unit rents and leaves your site, its Facebook listing can be taken down for you. If your rentals are already on Facebook, we match them first so nothing is posted twice.
What if the agent says a showing is booked when it isn't?
It is built not to. Every booking is checked against the response from ShowMojo or AppFolio, and the agent only says "you're booked" when the booking went through. If a time was taken or the booking was turned down, it offers another time or sends your booking link instead.
Can it screen renters before offering a viewing?
Yes. You choose the questions — move-in date, pets, number of occupants, smoking, income against rent — and whether they must be answered before a time is offered. It never asks about protected characteristics, and it answers the renter's own question before asking its own.
I have lots of listings with the same title. Will it mix them up?
No. Each conversation is matched to the exact Facebook listing. When a renter's message could fit several units, the agent asks which one they mean and remembers it. Give your units nicknames (like "33 Maple St – Basement") and it reads those out when it asks.
